We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
Which days do you deliver?
Delivery is available from Saturday to Thursday. Deliveries are not scheduled on Friday.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is AED 25. Delivery is free on orders of AED 300 or more.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible at valesco.perfume@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. We will review the case and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection law.
Can I return an opened fragrance because I changed my mind?
Because fragrance is a personal-use product, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted once a product has been opened, used, sprayed, or its seal or packaging has been materially altered. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law.
